Semester 1 training times

We will be running our usual training sessions this term with the exception of Thursday

Monday: 12:00 - 15:00 (Campus West Sport Centre)

Thursday: 12:00 - 15:00 (Campus West Sport Centre)

Saturday: 11:00 - 13:00 (Campus West Sport Centre)

Semester 2 (Outdoor Season)

We are running three sessions a week at the following times:

Tuesday: 12:00 - 15:00 (22 acres)

Thursday: 12:00 - 15:00 (Main Hall)

Saturday: 10:00 - 13:00 (22 acres)

Beginner’s Courses - 2024/25

We are currently running beginners sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

October Tuesdays 12-3pm (8th/15th/22nd)

October Saturdays 11am-1pm (12th/19th/26th)

November Tuesdays 12-3pm (5th/12th/19th)

November Saturdays 11am-1pm (9th/16th/23rd)

Development Session

Development Sessions bring coaches from outside in that are meant to help you develop your skills. They run indoors Thursday 12:00 - 15:00.
